This took me a while to get into. I don’t see the vivid originality which everyone claims is there, but instead, feel it to be familiar. I can’t pinpoint anything with much certainty, just a prevailing feeling that I’ve been there before. Maybe been on the block, but not necessarily to the front door. Surely, I haven’t carried a bride over the threshold.
